Sr. Civil Land Development Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Sr. Civil Land Development Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of land development projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, project management techniques, and relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of land development projects, including coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and track progress against established goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including environmental regulations, zoning codes, and building codes.
• Identify and manage project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and resources, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in business development activities, including preparing proposals and presentations, and identifying new project opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead project meetings and communicate project status to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Salary:

The salary for a Sr. Civil Land Development Project Manager typically ranges from $102,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
