The Senior Director, Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins Supply Chain will serve as the leader of the Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins Brand Supply Chain team. This role has high visibility across both brands, frequently interacting with the leadership team. The leader will understand the needs of the brands, and will be a primary liaison between the brand, the centralized Inspire Supply team, and the supply chain co-op. The leader should excel at relationship building and be able to build trust with others to be seen as a trusted advisor. Prior Supply Chain experience helpful but not required.

This position will sit in our Boston Support Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop relationships with Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins leadership

• Build relationships with key Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins leadership, including brand president, chief marketing officer, chief food innovation officer, and chief operating officer
• Understand the needs of the overall brands and each functional group within the brands

Partner with Dunkin’s Supply Chain co-op, the National DCP (NDCP)

• Bring key needs of the Dunkin’ brand to NDCP and work with NDCP leaders to prioritize brand’s needs and ensure appropriate resource allocation
• Identify any gaps between the priorities of Dunkin’ and priorities of NDCP and work with NDCP leaders to close the gaps
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NDCP questions or concerns, and relay NDCP feedback to broader organization
• Obtain input and support from NDCP for rolling out new brand initiatives

Represent the interests of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins to Inspire Supply

• Bring key needs of the Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins brands to Inspire’s centralized Supply Chain team and work with Inspire Supply leaders to prioritize brand’s needs and ensure appropriate resource allocation
• Identify any gaps between the priorities of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins and priorities of Inspire Supply and work with Inspire Supply leaders to close the gaps

Bring the capabilities of Inspire Supply and NDCP to Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins

• Build relationships with Inspire Supply leadership and NDCP leadership
• Understand the capabilities of both Inspire Supply and NDCP and determine how these capabilities can be best utilized within Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins to create value through cost reduction, improved service, or innovation
• Identify capabilities that would add value to Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins and champion development of those capabilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical or business discipline
• Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience, preferably in supply chain, general management, finance, or strategy
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• 3+ years of Restaurant Industry/Food Service Industry experience required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES

• Proven track record of success in leadership positions
• Restaurant / Food Service experience
