POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Expert, Producer role serves as a vital resource to ensure of Decoupled TV/Print/OOH and bundled productions across Nestle USA brands. This role is the key Point of Contact (POC) between Brand & Creative Excellence team, Brand teams, NUSA and Global Procurement teams, Creative Agencies, The LEAD, Hogarth Worldwide (HWW) and MRA to ensure projects are strategically planned, resourced, executed in the most efficient and sustainable way.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Supports CCM and brand teams on decoupling production process with Hogarth from project briefing to final delivery of assets
  • Leads the DEI supply chain initiative assuring Diversity, Inclusivity, Equality and Belonging are advanced in each production from beginning to completion
  • Supervises specs to vendors are accurate and clear
  • Review and analyze timelines to assure efficiencies
  • Approves HWW producers hiring and briefing
  • Works hand in hand with Procurement on finding efficiencies with Hogarth fees on each project
  • Supports Procurement on onboarding new agencies and/or brand teams into decoupling.
  • Collaborates with procurement on special production cases to define and implement processes (i.e. Hogarth triple bidding post houses)
  • Works dotted line with MRA on assuring efficiencies are met on each project’s budget
  • Manages the Decoupling Production Schedule for the year assuring healthy distribution of resources, commitment to Hogarth and a balanced pipeline
  • Works and consult with brand teams on overages, potential projects, production/shoots efficient staffing and bundling schematics.
  • Supports and enable success for The LEAD integration into primary productions
  • Helps identify the best/ideal resources for the project (director, stylist, dip’s, editors, photographers, etc.) when applicable.
  • Generates food photography and styling guidelines tailor-made to each production.
  • Consults and advises food styling on brand specifics (recipes, consumption, preparation, handling, etc.)
  • Instills healthy and balanced portrayal of all NUSA brands when applicable
  • Leads Production APRAIS as well as postmortems evaluations to find learnings and implement optimizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Agency and freelance work experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required
  • Audiovisual, food photography and food styling knowledge a plus
  • Substantial brand knowledge is needed
  • High levels of organization needed
  • Experience using technology to effectively communicate and organize/optimize large workloads

  • Superior execution skills in a changing environment and ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Good knowledge of the business environment/competition/capacity to benchmark
  • Substantial knowledge of brands (communication strategy, goals, target, tone, etc.)
  • Ability to understand brand needs and identify opportunities to cater to those needs during the production process (preproduction, shoot, post-production)

TRAVEL:

This role will be 70%+ travel. Candidate will be required to travel between Head Office Locations, Hogarth offices, agency offices and shoot locations.

The approximate pay range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
