Location/Division Specific Information
The Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) provides innovative diagnostic solutions for select IVD market segments and has been a trusted supplier in the IVD industry for over 40 years. The division provides products for drugs of abuse testing, therapeutic drug monitoring, quality control, sepsis diagnosis, prenatal screening and more. Additionally, the division provides advanced laboratory instrumentation and high-throughput laboratory automation equipment for use in a variety of laboratory settings. Products are offered through direct sales, regional distributors, and OEM partnerships.
Our Middletown site colleagues of 500+ strong produces over 10 billion tests annually through custom, contract and OEM businesses for Hematology, Hemostasis, Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay and Molecular.

How you will make an impact:
The Senior Manager of Formulation Manufacturing will make an impact by leading multiple teams of scientists, supervisors, and managers across the formulation department to achieve project, team, and company goals and objectives. Drive department's daily output, strategic project, and overall results.
What you will do:
- Train and mentor team members in technical and career development.
- Develops future direction and annual goal setting for the formulation department.
- Makes critical department and site decisions.
How you will get here:
Education
- B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology or related field with 6+ yrs experience.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years people leadership experience required.
- Experience in a regulated industry required.
- Experience in a medical device facility preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to serve as a technical consultant within and across subject areas.
- Proficient understanding of Regulatory Requirements (FDA/USP/EP) across multiple disciplines.
