Summary: Supports the Company's accounting and reporting activities by performing the following duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAP.
• Complete account reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain financial schedules and ledgers in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures
• Support the completion of financial statement audits.
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
• Assists in the development of budgets and performs analysis in areas such as pricing, promotion, financial plans, cash flow projections and business forecasts.
• Recommends cost savings and strategies for profitability and operational improvements.
• Performs general office duties including filing of and document scanning.
• Other duties and projects as required.
