Staff Accountant
Overview of the Company and Staff Accountant Role:

Overview of the Staff Accountant Opportunity:
- Process property taxes and insurance for 300+ locations
- Create property tax and insurance accruals, posts monthly, and code bills
- Reviews and reconciles various balance sheet accounts monthly and annually
- respond and help solve problems as assigned by the Assistant Controller
Qualifications of the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate knowledge of and skill in using Excel and other software systems
- Self disciplined
