Job Duties:

• Support the Controller and Accounting Manager in preparing journal entries and completion of monthly financial reporting package.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist Controller in budget-to-actuals and forecast-to-actuals variance analysis.
• Manage the weekly management reporting process and KPI updates.
• Review and process intercompany transactions with other TAT entities; Confirm and settle balances on a monthly basis.
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation reports and track daily WIP and intake metrics.
• Support the Accounts Payable Manager in processing vendor invoices.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording AP and AR data, invoice processing, etc.
• Support Supply Chain in managing freight expenses and review invoices for potential bill-backs to customers.
• Checking ERP system labor/shift hours and cross-reference that they match and are approved.
• Review, reconcile and process monthly American Express statements.
• Provide support for financial audits and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited school.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with GAAP/IFRS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
