ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expand DCIM footprint globally.
• Develop the software tools to expedite and optimize onboarding process.
• Perform validations and harden Asset Configurations, with the support of IBX Ops Engineering Team(s).
• Monitor and manage DCIM Data Quality at top-notch to create and maintain high customer impact.
• Handle production incidents.
• Monitor and manage DCIM service availability.
• Engage and communicate test results and highlight potential risks to stakeholders and should suggest them any mitigation steps as well.
• Contribute in automation and improvement of overall onboarding process / experience.
• Collaborates with all key stakeholders through effective communication, including Product Owners, IBX Ops Engineering Teams, Development Teams and other touch points.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in the field of Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field of education.
• Strong computer programming foundation with knowledge in Data Structures, Concurrency, Algorithms, Big Data Systems, Design Patterns and Best Practices.
• 4+ years of strong Java development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing Java based Microservices.
• Minimum 5+ years of strong hands-on with Java based frameworks like Spring or Play
• 3+ years of strong server side programming experience.
• 2+ years of experience with No SQL technologies like Cassandra, Kafka
• 2+ years of experience is stream processing technologies like Storm or Spark.
• Basic Networking and Troubleshooting skills, Analyzing TCP dumps etc., is highly desirable but not mandatory
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• Should have good knowledge of Agile/Scrum, continuous integration, and deployment.
