We are looking for a Stockroom Lead for one of our clients in Holliston, MA- Must have a Minimum of 3-5 years of related material handling/stockroom experience! All other requirements listed below
Title: Stockroom Lead
Location: Holliston, MA
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM-4:30PM
Pay: $28/hr

What does a typical day look like for a Stockroom Lead!
You would be responsible for providing leadership to the stockroom team. Developing a competent and motivated team through training and mentoring. Promoting Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize the performance and efficiency of the team.
Requirements:

• Ability to operate stockroom equipment safely and competently - fork trucks, order picker, pallet jacks, etc.
• Time Management – ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player - can effectively interact with internal departments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with little supervision
