Where Ya Bin is looking to hire self-motivated Store Associates that will be responsible for a wide range of daily task. All store associates will be responsible for but not limited to, upholding company policies, encouraging teamwork, ensuring storefront and back house cleanliness, operating, and maintaining check-out stands, and stocking the store.

All candidates for this role should have strong communication skills, exceptional customer service experience, retail and or job experience, proactive nature, self-awareness of goods being sold, and good attitudes.

Responsibilities

• • Hiring and training shift leaders and staff
• • Forecast and coordinate with warehouse personnel on product deliveries • Ordering and maintaining store cleaning and retail supply
• • Effectively use Microsoft applications, such as (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to track daily sales and
• • Optimize labor hours at store level
• • Effectively troubleshoot POS systems
• • Communicate with BHL and FHL to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in both areas
• • Evaluating productivity and performance
• • Creates and exemplifies a SENSE OF URGENCY in the workplace • Embodies strong leadership capabilities
• • uphold all company policies to the highest standard
• • Expresses strong customer service capabilities
• • Takes EXTREME OWNERSHIP
