Position Details

Primary Function: Receiving & Storing Deliveries
Position Type: Full-Time, long-term opportunity
Job Location: Parkersburg, WV
Shift: Dayshift, M-F (7:00 A.M.- 3:30 P.M.)

Compensation: $ 16.50 / per hour

SUMMARY:
The Storing Operator will perform tasks associated with the process of receiving & storing deliveries & products. This may require working on multiple tasks during a working shift. We are seeking candidates who have a high attention to detail and a commitment to safety. Training will be provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

DUTIES:

• Physically verify products against SAP

• Store rolls in valid warehouse locations

• Look-up verified material moved from location without any errors

• Enter received products into SAP database system

• Perform data entry as needed

• Verify and pull product orders from warehouse locations & confirm in SAP

• Consolidate materials with high attention to detail for storage

• Process, verify, & properly store cancelled orders

• Complete warehouse inventory verifications when necessary

• Ensure processed product is properly stored on racks

• Routinely complete general housekeeping duties

• Ensure all labels, pallets, processed material, etc. have been properly stored, cleared from the area.

• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must be safety oriented and always adhere to all basic safety standards

• Must have a minimum of HS Diploma or GED

• Must have a high attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow written work instructions is a must

• Must be able to work as a part of a team

• Physical requirements include standing, bending, and lifting up-to 55 pounds, repeatedly at times

• Candidate must successfully complete background, physical, & drug screenings for consideration
