Duties and Responsibilities
Provide housekeeping and building services for our residential students, visiting faculty, guests, and conference participants with the safest and cleanest environment possible. Performs basic cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, dusting, waste removal, restocking restrooms, disinfecting/sanitizing, etc., to keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition. while working in crews of 3-4, clean recently unoccupied student rooms and return them to move-in ready condition. Operates and maintains basic equipment in the performance of housekeeping duties to include motor scrubber, vacuum cleaner, backpack carpet extractor/ cleaner, industrial vacuums, floor buffers, water extractors, carpet steam cleaners, electrostatic sprayers, etc.
