Mission Yogurt is seeking a Supervisor for our Grab & Go Marketplace!

What We Are Looking For:

• Candidate who possesses at least one year of supervisory experience;
• Delivers superior retail, food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction;
• Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication and Flexibility;
• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices;
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met;
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation;
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-bias judgment;
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.

Job-Specific Duties:

• Participate in coaching, counseling, training & development of staff and managers;
• Set and monitor quality and service standards for staff;
• Fluent in health department inspections;
• Scheduling team members and covering shifts
• Communicate company policy, standards and procedures to staff;
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages and food to meet set standards;
• Interact with customers to develop loyalty and handle customer concerns;
• Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of area;
• Promote and practice compliance with fire, health, safety and hygiene standards and regulations;
• Ensure adherence to cash management procedures;
• Ensure adherence to stock control procedures; monitor and order supplies;
• Check all deliveries, ensure product is correct, rotated and stored properly
