Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for a Support Admin to join a South Charlotte Company. They offer excellent growth opportunity, benefits and competitive pay and guaranteed overtime!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the day to day scheduling operations
• Assist with the coordination and planning of projects
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Send and receive a high volume of incoming e-mails and respond to any emails
• Enter a high volume of data in to the system
• Assist in creating purchase orders
• Keep track of orders and deliveries to ensure on time delivery to the appropriate job siteProcess all documents related to the start, installation, and completion of each job for the specified customers
• Enter job in the jobs management system, setting up the hard file, and creating work tickets
• Ensure any deviations from or amendments to the original job proposal are installed and properly documented for billing
• Effectively communicate with customer contacts, Area Manager, field personnel and the Operations Department, in scheduling and following-up on installations
• Consult with the Purchasing Department on non-stock purchasing needs to ensure all materials are on site or on hand at the time of installation

Qualifications:

• A general knowledge various stages of construction (Preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers
• Ability to communicate through email and telephone
• Proficient in the use of MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
