Introduction
The position is within the Post fab service team, in charge of component assembly, test, and qualification. A Sustaining Engineer leads the Online Reliability Monitoring (ORM) activities. The candidate will plan and supervise the execution of ORM. He also will be in charge of root cause analysis in case of failure. The Candidate will also be the primary contact of the supplier for the Postfab service and will lead change management.
Your Job
ORM (online reliability monitoring) planning across the different projects.
ORM execution, set up & analysis for all post fab project.
Problem solving and 8D driving on reliability and supplier issues.
Lead change management for product in production across global foundries technologies.
Support supplier development and audit for reliability and hardware development support.
Required Qualifications
Education - Bachelor/Master/PhD degree in Engineering or Science.
Years of Experience - No experience requirement. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Fluency in English Language – written & verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Team player with good people skill.
Able to work under tight project timeline.
Good knowledge of AEC Q100 reliability stresses.
Good knowledge of statistical analysis
Good knowledge of FMEA, and 8D tools.
