Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and assist Sites Supervisor/Project-in-charge in managing site operations and on-site team members’ attendance/schedule
• Monitor day’s schedule of walk-ins to be swabbed
• Verify identity of clients
• Coordinate with Sites Supervisor/Project-in-charge on attendance list scheduled
• Ensure that the results are updated by team members into system timely to prompt reminder
• Ensure daily uploading of swab results
• Monitor and ensure that team members properly dispose result kit
• You are required to perform PCR swab as per site operations protocol as and when determined by authorized personnel on-site.
• Adhere and enforce no-touch policy, infection control guidelines, and any other requirement
• Familiar with Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols and standards applicable for swab procedure

Requirements:-

• Trained swabber, with swabber training certificate (e.g. from Nanyang Polytechnic, HMI Institute or equivalent).
• Good communication skills to explain the procedure to the client and rule out contraindications before the procedure
• Train to handle medical emergencies, if required
• Willing and committed to the work and adhere to the strict guidelines and procedures required
• Experience working in a medical, clinical or health environment is desirable
• Training and full personal protective equipment will be provided
