The Role:
Part of the global Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead and provide recruitment support for both the Technology and Commercial pillars during a maternity leave. We are looking for a recruiter, with strong full-cycle recruitment process experience and proven expertise using a customized Applicant Tracking System. Prior knowledge of the pharmaceutical and medical communications industries specializing in areas such as technology and commercialization (business development, marketing, etc.). *Ability to work EST hours highly preferred.*
- Owns the end-to-end recruitment of all allocated open positions from headcount approval to offer, offering a high-level business partnering and strategic approach to help find, attract, and recruit top talent.
- Proactively contributes to the development of the overall talent acquisition function. In addition to recruitment, the TA partner will support in areas such as: improving the candidate and hiring manager experience, reporting, and workforce planning with ownership of their role and other responsibilities.
- Builds strong proactive relationships with the allocated customer group and stakeholders, providing guidance and insight into all hiring activity.
- Partners with HR and the business to provide a positive and professional experience for both the stakeholder and candidate throughout the recruitment process.
- Educate Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and best practices.
- Sets expectations and design recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Leads own campaigns/sourcing activity related to specific areas, looking at new and innovative ways to attract the desired talent.
- Builds effective and collaborative relationships with the HR team, partnering with the business to provide a positive and professional stakeholder experience, throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Fully utilize LinkedIn to support your sourcing strategies and to provide your customer group with market intelligence and demographics.
- Owns junior-mid level roles (and above with support if required) managing the candidate and HM relationship.
- High-level strategic sourcing and phone screening.
- Looking at new routes to market and identifying and implementing new attraction strategies (with support if required).
- Data integrity, managing interviews, managing job postings, and dispositioning accordingly.
- Owning any position assigned in the system, capturing notes, and making amendments as required.
- Able to lead on projects and support higher-level projects with TA Lead guidance when needed.

Skills & Expertise
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter in an in-house setting.
- Agency candidates should have 5+ years' experience and be able to demonstrate strong candidate and Hiring Manager management.
- This role requires full proficiency and in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in recruiting discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
- Experience recruiting for technology and/or commercial roles is highly preferred.
- Global recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or medical communications industries is a plus.
- Previous experience of participating in TA strategy or project work – bringing ideas to the table and turning them into reality.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system.
