Your opportunity
- This is a lower volume, higher touch role suiting candidates used to working on a smaller number of senior levels positions where regular communication is essential
- Conduct all aspects of the recruiting process to include kickoff meetings, role marketing, direct candidate sourcing and presentation, scheduling, interviewing and offer management.
- This will include, but not be limited to, hiring for senior Sales and Investment roles across the US and LatAm.
- Interaction with the business to provide advice on recruitment methods and best practice
- May collaborate with third party vendors, such as contingency and search firms and acts as the liaison to both the business and the vendor.
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Must have skills
- Full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience
- Previous experience working with complex compensation packages to include guarantee bonuses, sign-ons, stock buy outs etc.
- A strong direct sourcing background and track record of hiring candidates through the likes of LinkedIn, Indeed and Company Career sites
- Previous experience working with executive search firms on senior level positions
- Experience hiring for investment, sales and marketing positions highly desired
- Strong organisation skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritizing as appropriate
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
- Excellent Attention to detail – able to produce high standard and quality of work
Nice to have skills
- Experience working within an asset management or financial services organisation
- Experience hiring in locations outside of the US, especially LatAm would be very useful
- Ability to research and identify best ways of recruiting in new markets/locations
