Amazon is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Team Lead, Demand Generation to support an new start-up transportation business as we scale up in the US. The ideal candidate is driven, results oriented and customer obsessed. Demand Generation Representatives are responsible for qualifying new opportunities among businesses who would benefit from our service. You will be directly responsible for leading a team that impacts a customer’s first experience of working with our business, working to KPIs that directly measure lead conversion through qualification. To be successful, this candidate should have proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally; be a effective coach, mentor, and supervisor; be decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas; and listen actively, communicating and closing effectively. Experience working with distributed teams is a plus, and the candidate should be able to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in working with their team to achieve their goal. Key job responsibilities • Manage performance and behavior of Demand Generation Representatives through effective 1:1 meetings, coaching, and mentorship; • Implement performance goals, monitor and evaluate against pre-set goals implementing action plans to resolve performance barriers as needed; • Regularly review and analyze key metrics across prospecting, lead conversion and qualification to identify root causes and formulate solutions to improve performance • Understanding industry themes, customer priorities, and business positioning • Meet or exceed team outbound and inbound call and conversion targets for lead qualification • Interact up to Team Lead/VP Level with customers (e.g. Head of Operations) as necessary. Ability to articulate and discuss key focus areas • Think beyond individual campaigns and apply knowledge to future plans • Design and implement SOPs in order to update our CRM (Salesforce) and qualify customers so they can start working with us as quickly as possible • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, sales, commercial operations or customers programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling digital programmatic campaigns from concept to completion
