For over 30 years, Bruster's has offered artisan, small-batch ice cream and frozen desserts made fresh daily in their on-site kitchens with dairy from their Pennsylvania farm. Bruster's now comes to Las Vegas to share why Fresh is Best.

Bruster’s Vegas is looking for Team Members to serve our guests the freshest, highest quality ice cream and providing them with a friendly experience in a sparkling clean environment. At Bruster's Las Vegas, our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented.

We hire all ages! For our younger friends, you must meet the qualifications detailed below, have prior work experience (or other demonstrated instances of responsibility), and a communicate these qualifications.

Role and Responsibilities

A Team Member is the heart & soul of Bruster's. Every employee starts as a Team Member to learn and understand our approach to quick, courteous, and upbeat customer service.

We’re different from most quick service restaurants. We make sure to give each of our guests “their time” when they come to our Walk-up Window or Drive Thru. Team Members help each of our guests navigate and find their favorite flavor choice from over 40 fresh flavors of ice cream, sherbets, sorbets, and ices (including non-dairy and no sugar added options). We change our flavors often, so sampling is a must!

Not only will you will learn how to scoop a cone, mix a shake, or top a banana split, but you’ll also develop interpersonal skills to work with your fellow Team Members in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. More importantly, you’ll learn about the “Bruster’s way” of being present and attentive for our guests.

Team Members attend to our guests as follows:

• greet and treat our guests in a friendly, courteous, and inviting manner
• offer them samples of our flavors (we’re very big on “try before you buy”)
• describe the flavors and all the decadent ways they can be served
• use a point-of-sale system to take their order at the Walk-up Window or Drive Thru

Along with our top-notch customer service, Team Members will prep and fulfill orders, maintain the restaurant and the outdoor facilities, and offer the highest standard service and product experience.

Required Qualifications

• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination
• Prior Work Experience
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
• Demonstrated Accontability and Strong Work Ethic
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be willing and able to clean and work clean

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Hospitality Industries
• Knowledge of health department codes
• Knowledge of NCR silver, NCR silver pro, & Aloha would be helpful but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
