We are located beside Harmon's at The Outlets at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, UT.

Summary

A team member is responsible for performing tasks and duties that have been assigned to them restaurant including (but not limited to) food preparation, customer service, teamwork, and cleaning of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.

Job Expectations

A team member maintains a work ethic that works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, interacts positively with guests, works with other team members to complete tasks, follow company standards, follows all safety/food handling/security procedures, and conduct other duties as assigned by management.

Duties

● Follow rules, direction, and procedures outlined in HHC training program in order to learn new skills and responsibilities.

● Be performance and detail oriented/driven and understand performance expectations.

● Refrain from insubordination by following rules and regulations given forth by management.

● Communicate with direct supervisor(s) regarding extra training, questions, and other practice needs.

● Work as a team to prepare items while following standard operating procedures, safety procedures, and sanitation procedures.

● Communicate with team members and management to resolve interpersonal issues or questions about procedures as needed.

● Utilize kitchen equipment including but not limited to: ice cream machine, lemonade machine(s), pressure/open bay fryers, crispers, warmers, steam tables, etc.

● Ensure the store is clean at all hours of operation by bussing/cleaning tables, bathroom cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen equipment/utensils, and high touch point areas.

● Maintain a clean and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform provided by HHC and adhering to the HHC Uniform Policy.

● Greet guests upon arrival, take orders, provide beverages, quality check food, bag food, run food all with consistent positive attitudes.

● Work as a team to provide guests with a product that meets company standards by following standard operating procedures and training procedures.

● Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

● Must be at least 16 years old.

● Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening/closing shifts.

● Ability to stand for long periods of time.

● Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

● Ability to bend and stoop.

● Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.

● Ability to work in close quarters and around heat.

● Positive attitude with conducting all duties.

● Communicate with other team members and management.

● Have time management skills to ensure all duties are completed. Transportation & Accessibility

● Must have reliable transportation.

● Must have a phone or other reliable methods of communication with other team members and management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
