We're looking for a Team Member to join our company! Your main duties will be to contribute to the smooth running of our day-to-day business. As a team member, you will be required to fill simple tasks and work under a manager's supervision. Ideally, you should be able to think independently and use your own initiative. Since you will be working directly with customers, we want to see good communication skills from you. You should be able to process orders quickly and operate cash registers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of new products and services and support the sales process.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints and provide information related to products and services offered.
• Pay close attention to customer feedback and learn how to improve service.
• Become adept in the company’s business policies and procedures.
• Ensure a professional environment and collaborate with your colleagues when solving customer issues.
• Join sales teams in making presentations, visiting clients, doing site surveys and attending conferences and trade shows.
• Assist in training new recruits by updating them on product knowledge and service specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
