Job Description Summary: We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Issuance Platform team at PayPal. Our platform delivers card issuing and payment capabilities, enabling PayPal and Venmo to be used at point-of-sale and with third-party payment solutions. Your role as a member of the Issuance team will involve identifying and delivering new platform capabilities, while also enhancing our existing capabilities to continually add value to our clients' card programs.

Job Description:

Your day-to-day

• Drive new features and capabilities to ensure constant improvement and evolution of the platform to provide value to supported products.

• Continually monitor platform and product performance to identify potential platform improvements.

• Write user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and work closely with engineers in an agile development environment.

• Contribute to the platform roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, project management, product, development, analytics, and more) to execute on the roadmap.

• Build trust and effective relationships with peers, stakeholders, and the development team.

• Develop a strong understanding of the platform and card issuing business.

What you need to bring

• A BS/BA is required; MBA or MS is a plus.

• Prior related professional experience or strong technical aptitude.

• An understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile development processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
