What you’ll be responsible for:

• Assist Technical Product Manager/Product Owners with designing, modifying and managing activities for the Avature platform from product definition and planning through production and release. This will include creating custom business reports and dashboards that provide insight into key data points.
• Work with other Product Manager / Owner to define product requirements, including requirements for new metrics and reports.
• Provide daily support of users within Avature, including new user setup, process documentation, system optimization and integration support.
• Work with other Product Manager and departmental teams to define business requirements, manage changes, remove roadblocks, and communicate those changes to the business. Gather data to create end user stories and assist in preparing the organization for product launches.
• Tracks statistics of product adoption by customers and translates feedback into enhancement recommendations. Assess and evaluate risks and customer impact.
• Provides internal customer training on how to use the product.
• Assists with creating alpha and beta program definition and coordinates execution.
• Promotes investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends to product management activities.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
  

What you’ll need to have:

• 1 year of business process, data analysis, or programming experience (business or educational).
• Report generation experience.
• Integration and troubleshooting support.
• Advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Avature platform experience.
• Report generation experience using SQL, /MySQL, SRS, Crystal reports.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical product requirements for development.
• Strong business acumen is desired with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational/project management skills.
