Our Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper-scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services and making sure they are scalable and are reliable.

We are seeking a highly-talented and motivated Physical Security TPM to join the growing team of security professionals that is responsible for the design, standardization, installation and integration of security systems equipment such as access control/intrusion detection and CCTV surveillance systems in our data centers and Edge Pops.
This Security professional will be experienced in managing complex and large portfolio of security programs

• You will be responsible for the continuous review of existing standards and to stay abreast of developments in new technology that will enhance the physical security of data centers and pops
• Lead the team that manage installation of approved physical security system hardware, including, but not limited to, access control devices, intrusion detection devices, CCTV, and other components of physical security systems.
• Work closely with Data Center engineering and operations to ensure proper deployment and hand off - Ensure compliance of internal and external policies and controls
• Subject Matter Expert for physical security system testing and acceptance, and assuring operational readiness at project completion
• Develop and mature portfolio management and project controls improvement initiatives
• Plan, execute, and control projects to meet objectives
• Scope, plan, implement and deliver security projects and programs, and collaborate with program owners and senior leaders to align with strategic vision and goals
• Team resource and demand management planning and operational lookbacks to track variances from plan to actual
• Bring innovative ideas, finding ways to meet success criteria while limiting the amount of operational overhead placed on security resources and process/service owners
• Align portfolio and 24-month capability maturity roadmap to strategic imperatives and drivers.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with security programs.
• Evaluate solution designs and complex business and technical requirements, scope and communicate peripheral availability and customer experience risks that solution implementation presents.
• Develop weekly, monthly, leadership reporting
• Continue to drive the IE PMO agenda in driving planning and execution maturity, and developing cross-functional partnerships across the company

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate for the role will have demonstrated the ability to work in all disciplines, at all levels; from technology research to system design and layout, oversight of construction and implementation, as well as maintenance and upgrades over the life of the system
• You will have an in-depth knowledge of security technologies, be innovative, highly organized, and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver results on time and within budget
• 4+ years of driving security engineering and operations teams
• 4+ years of program or project management experience
• 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• 5+ years of experience working in Project Management of Construction, Physical security or MEP
• Ability to manage multiple medium and large scale projects that are complex in nature
• Ability to interpret program objectives, develop project schedules and manage adherence to established timetables
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and system designs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Have a proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Will require travel to International regions as needed

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156800 - $304000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
