Entity: Allianz Insurance Singapore
This role is required to perform outbound contact engagement to Allianz's bank partner customers to promote general insurance products. This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure claims and product benefits/processes relating to claims are correctly articulated.

This role is required to perform outbound contact engagement to Allianz's bank partner customers to promote general insurance products. The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure claims and product benefits/processes relating to claims are correctly articulated.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business partners
- Upsell / cross-sell GI insurance products & retain customers based on customers’ needs
- Ensure all sales calls comply with all quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to sales efforts to attain business sales goals
- Perform system UAT from time-to-time and devise process workarounds if needed
- Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance customer experience
Capabilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum GCE O Levels / Diploma holder. SPM holders with related experience would be considered
- At least 1 year of contact centre or 6 months of telemarketing experience in GI sales
- Must possess HI, BCP, PGI, Comm GI certificates
- Ability to work under stress and highly productive sales environment
- Highly motivated to achieve targets and to go the extra mile
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
- Possess computer competency such as MS office software applications
- Prior GI telemarketing experience in insurance / banking environment would be an added advantage
- Good spoken English
