Temp Pharmacy Assistant

Outpatient Pharmacy

Job Description

You will be involved in the following duties and responsibilities:
Packing and labeling of medication with speed and accuracy
Assisting in management of drug stock and inventory and top of up medication
Transporting medication within the hospital (different areas of Pharmacy)
Handling phone / face to face pharmacy-related enquiries
Assisting in medication delivery services
In addition to the primary duties, you will also be tasked to assist in special projects and other general administrative work or ad-hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Note:
Candidates with good performance during the contractual period may be considered for a Full Time 1 yr contract Pharmacy Assistant position, as well as an opportunity to be groomed towards a Pharmacy Technician role (post-completion of the hospital-sponsored WSQ Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support, Pharmacy Support Course).

Requirements:
Any qualification
Work schedule as follows
5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri : Office hours, Sat: 2pm-6pm) OR
5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri : 1pm - 10pm, Sun/PH: 6pm-10pm)
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous and responsible
Hourly rated
