Position: Templator

Reports To: Lead Templator

Job Overview: The Templator utilizes state of the art laser templating process to accurately provide fabrication files of countertops while maintaining excellent communication and interaction with customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepares optimized project solutions for both customers and colleagues through methodical templating process; procures jobs spec’s and provides detailed descriptions and drawings for internal job processing
• Actively communicates well with customers and various departments, including Template, CAD, Project Managers, Production and Installation
• Maintains a clean, organized and efficient workflow
• Continues to engage in both personal and professional development within a culture of continuous improvement
• Ability to develop and affirm both company values and industry standards

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of CAD design or industry-related experience preferred, including residential or commercial construction, carpentry or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Premier offers flexible comp and benefits packages that are consistently beyond market rate including bonuses, health insurance and 401k. We offer up $2,500 sign-on bonus. Negotiable per candidate’s skill and experience.
