Job Description

Job Summary:

The main role of the Temporary Accounts Clerk is to assist the Accounting team in the input of daily sales transactions for the 4 clubs and to provide overall administration support to the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Input of daily sales transactions in Excel spreadsheets for 4 clubs.
  • Photocopying, scanning and filing of documents and vouchers.
  • Assist in the input of accounting vouchers in Sun System.
  • Deposit cheques or cash in HSBC bank
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or other relevant Certificates in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 1 -2 years' experience working experience in administration or accounting field
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in figures
  • Able to work in a team environment and possess good teamwork
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
