What you will be working on
- Call Centre assignments involving handling of taxpayers' enquiries
- Backend assignments involving email correspondences or ad-hoc tax assessment cases
- Data reconciliation work, assist in test case writing and test case execution, compare and validate migrated data on user interface screens
- 5 day work week, hybrid work arrangement
- Remuneration: $12.00 per hour
- Additional Service Improvement Payment of $1.45/hr for frontline roles (subject to fulfilment of criteria)
What we are looking for
- Candidate must possess at least “A” level/Diploma qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to commit immediately
- Candidates with/ without tax experience are welcomed to apply
