What You'll Do:

• Responsible for optimising the stability and quality of localised user experience in various Global E-commerce markets
• Conduct field testing and validation of Global E-commerce user experience in various locales within each market, provide instrumentalization and statistical analysis of application stability and performance under varying network and device configurations.
• Engage with in-country operational teams to survey, research and analyze local end user usability feedback to drive further optimisation of localized user experiences
• Participate in the development of automated testing tools/frameworks, design and execution of automated test cases, automatically building test environments, and continuous integration.
• Ensure the quality of the system under test, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of R&D through testing process and method innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields from accredited and reputable institutions.
• Experience in software development testing, with demonstrable experience in manual and automated testing. Qualified fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Bilingual language ability with professional level proficiency in written and spoken English and proficiency in one of the following languages are required as the role will involve highly localized feature testing and in the field end user surveys: Spanish/British English/Portuguese
• Familiar with software testing methodology, proficient in the usage of testing tools to debug and analyse software bugs and performance issues for both web and native mobile applications.
• Good knowledge of Android and iOS hardware and OS features.

2. Deeply passionate about quality engineering and delivering great mobile and web applications.
3. Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving, culturally diverse and globally distributed team environment.
4. Strong product sense or understanding, statistical analysis ability is a plus
5. Able to work effectively in the field with minimal supervision

Job Information
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $53.5.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
