What We’re Looking For
We’re currently in search of a TikTok Content Creator to work alongside our production department to create captivating content for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging content for TikTok, feels comfortable taking initiative and operating in a fast-paced start-up environment, and is passionate about content marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Copywriters to create content for the TikTok and Instagram platforms in support of our client brands
• Work with talent to record audio and video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc
• Conceptualize and execute on-trend content
• Work and coach remote talent when doing virtual productions
• Travel to location to record content for promotional campaigns
• Be responsible for projects from concept to final product
• Assist with staging, set preparation, setting up, and other equipment
• Pre-producing and researching about trending subjects
• Propose new ideas, experiments, improvements, and tests for new formats.

• Charismatic, self-starter with a passion for social media, specifically TikTok
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Twitter)
• 1-2 years of TikTok specific social media experience growing personal or branded accounts
• Deep understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Passionate about Content Marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Proficiency with DSLR camera operation is a plus! (But not required!)
• Must stay up to date on the latest daily trends and propose content concepts based on what is trending
• Must have good organizational skills and work well with little supervision
