As a fast-growing company, we are branching into exciting new areas and, as a result, we are looking for a TikTok/Reels Content Creator to join our collaborative and friendly team. This position will be hybrid, so you will be required to come into the stores a few days a week.

The Tik Tok/Reels Content Creator will develop, execute, and maintain campaigns on our Tik Tok/Reels platform. This position will be responsible for developing new and creative highly engaging content to grow our Tik Tok/Reels audiences.

Job Description

• Support the company in developing a TikTok/Reels social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
• Create daily content for the J2Games.com TikTok/Reels account
• Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.
• Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok influencers and creators
• Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.
• Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
• Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
• Be self-sufficient with producing your own content

Requirements and Responsibilities:

· Experienced in TikTok and Reels creation.

· You can proudly present your own fresh & diverse TikTok/Reels content.

· You are a master of your camera with an eye for good natural light.

· Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our TikTok/Reels audiences.

· You’re a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.

· Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms.

· You are familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user.

· You will collaborate with various teams at J2Games.com to ensure that content is on brand.

· Monitoring and reporting of TikTok and Reels KPIs and metrics.

· Creative & inspirational storyteller who always brings fresh ideas to the table.

· You’d describe yourself as a self-starter with a solution-oriented working approach.

· You are skilled in video editing for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

· Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

You will need to travel between our store locations in order to film.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
