Great opportunity for a self-motivated, experienced Tool & Die Maker!

Responsible for: Repair and maintenance of dies, including the fabrication of parts

Job Requirements:

· Ability to read and interpret documents, such as: safety rules, manuals, instructions, and blueprint basics.

· Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

· Ability to apply mathematical concepts of fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

· Ability to use reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

· Knowledge of equipment used in Tool & Die processes.

· Ability to demonstrate satisfactory performance within 60 days.

· High School Diploma or GED.

· Tool & Die Maker Journeyman or 8 years proven experience.

Job Duties:

· Repairs and maintains all tooling.

· Repairs and maintains gages.

· Makes spare parts.

· Provides preventative maintenance to tooling.

· Annealing.

· Heat treating.

· Works with other departments to resolve problems.

· May Train apprentices.

· Cooperates and communicates with co-workers and management.

· Follows all safety and standards of conduct rules.

· Completes all paperwork.

· Meets all quality standards.

Experience:

• Electrical discharge machining: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Journeyman License (Preferred)
