We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tooling Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in New Product Launch, Engineering Project Management, Process Engineering, and SolidWorks. As a Permanent Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new tooling solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all tooling designs meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new tooling solutions for our clients
• Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all tooling designs meet the highest quality standards
• Manage tooling projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct research and development to identify new tooling solutions and improve existing ones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all tooling designs are integrated seamlessly into our clients' production processes
• Provide technical support to our clients, answering any questions they may have about our tooling solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Tooling Engineering or a related field
• Strong background in New Product Launch, Engineering Project Management, Process Engineering, and SolidWorks
• Experience with CAD software and other design tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and vendors
