Job description
We are looking for passionate, high energy people who have a calling to enable change and support transformation.
1. Plan, Execute and manage training/workshop projects including:
a) Collate and analyse feedback from training/workshops and present to consultants for improvements and actions
b) Coordinate workshop participation, attendance, facilitator/trainer booking
c) Schedule, and book venue, deliver workshop materials to facilitators, and make catering, venue arrangements as needed
d) Coordinate with internal logistic team to ensure inventory is sufficient for future scheduled workshops
e) Monitor overall workshop participation rates
2. Address client and workshop participant queries
3. Collect, collate and analyse data to determine impact of training and intervention in client organizations
4. Shadow consultants and support the needs of consultants in their efforts to enable change and support leaders
5. Client Account Management. Initiate, maintain and strengthen relationships with assignment client accounts, grow in your understanding of client needs and offer solutions as needed.
