Hebron, Ohio Company hiring an Ultrasonic Technician- Join the team!
- Shift: 1st 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Pay: Starting at $17.00 (Per Skill Level)
Primary Job Description: The Ultrasonic Technician with be assisting our level II UT Techs doing Aerospace inspections using Ultrasonics. The right candidates will train and become certified as well down the road. The Ultrasonic Technician will be working in the UT Department and will be expected to be trained to become our Level II Immersion UT Inspectors.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting our Level II UT Techs in day to day schedules
- Working in our lab setting and will be inspecting heavy parts
- Computer skills and background a major plus
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is a bonus, but not mandatory – the company will train
- Assist technicians with setting up and tearing down of equipment
- Handling material for the tech and assisting in the UT inspections of Aerospace parts
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, calibrations, and overall upkeep of equipment and facilities
- Using poly and steel banding to band materials
- Wrapping alum plate and getting it ready for shipment
- Assist with proper documentation and reports of services provided
- Learn and abide by company policies and procedures
