RN Sign-on Bonus $1,500*
LPN Sign-on Bonus $1,250*
*Employee must work for 120 days as of 02/04/2022 or 90 days as of 03/01/2022 and remain in good standing.
Qualifications
- Valid and current state LPN or RN license - RN preferred
- Excellent customer service abilities including effective listening skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgment
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must be covid vaccinated plus the booster
Responsibilities
- Provides for the delivery of professional nursing care and ensures compliance in accordance with state licensure laws
- Ensures that resident care policies and procedures are followed by nursing service personnel in compliance with center quality standards
- Observes and assesses residents on the assigned unit and makes appropriate nursing decisions
- The ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds
