Korzen Health has been retained by the largest Not For Profit Hospital/Multispecialty group located in Tyler, Texas ( 1 hour east of Dallas Metroplex area)

We are currently looking to add an additional Urologist into our growing group. Some of the Highlights are included below.

Scope of Work/Group:

- Group Consists of 5 Urologists and 2 APRN's. Team is part of a large 600+ provider multi-specialty group that services the greater northeast Texas Region

- New provider will be based in a clinic that is 30 minutes from the main hospital. Clinic will be part of a 25-bed critical access hospital.

- Robotics/Inpatient Procedures will be at the main Hospital, based in Tyler, TX.

- Group has up to 150 new referrals a month. New provider will be very busy within the first quarter of starting his/her practice.

- Full On-site CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, DEXA scan, Urodynamics and biofeedback.

- APRN's take clinic call. Hospital Call is shared within the group.

Compensation/Benefits:

- MGMA Median Base Salary, plus Sign-On Bonus/Relocation. RVU Bonus incentive, with uncapped potential.

Pay: $425,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
