- You know are passionate about UGC and how it impacts recognition and buying decisions in ecommerce. Bonus points if you have worked on customer engagement programs
- You're familiar with industry/category trends and ecommerce markets
- You are driven to move quickly with a "Test & Learn" mindset
- You can influence and drive results with cross-functional partners
- You partner well with product and engineering in the "Four in the box" model
- You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
You'll make an impact by:
- Defining and influencing initiative priorities : Develop strategic point of view, including data analysis, to enable pain points and opportunities to be translated into actionable game plans. Influence future capability roadmaps by building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and bringing industry knowledge to the table.
- Leading strategic growth projects: Incubate, launch, test and scale high impact growth operations projects initiatives pulling together stakeholders from across Walmart that drive growth and revenue for the Search advertising business
- Taking courageous ownership: Be accountable for hitting targets, milestones, and overall project management of initiative
- Empowering culture of experimentation: Manage experiments pipeline and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver amidst competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Making Data Driven Decisions - Allow data to guide you by partnering with analytics to build measurement plans, identify insights, and set KPIs to determine success
- Operationalizing and driving adoption of key initiatives: Work closely with teams to define success criteria, develop approach to scale, and drive adoption of key initiatives, maximizing initiative success in growing our business .
- Operating with excellence: Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others. Champion change and evolution, persuade through use of data and facts, demonstrate sufficient gravitas, and inspire and motivate others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA/ MS preferred
- 4+ years relevant work experience in relevant roles, growth, product, management consulting, business strategy.
- Ecommerce or UGC experience a plus.
- Self-starter & action oriented - who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes
- Strategic Problem solver - who loves getting to the details to drive flawless execution but can pull out and see the forest from the trees
- High EQ Relationship-builder - who can influence people at all levels across a variety of job functions
- Data-driven - who is relentless about digging into the data to discover insights and understand not just "what" the data tells but the "why" behind the numbers
