The Toyota Marin Buying Center is looking for an In-Store Associate who will be engaged in and specifically trained to purchase additional inventory for Toyota Marin by actively prospecting inside and outside of the Toyota Marin customer network.

We are looking for a high character individual with impeccable references. Previous Used Car Buyerexperience is required! We are offering a generous salary PLUS bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Out of town applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

· Appraise trade ins

· Purchase and sell Used Car inventory

· Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals

· Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

· Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

· Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales

· Develop and maintain a buying network

· Ensure the lot is merchandised well and the cars are maintained at the highest standards.

• Price all cars correctly on various websites and be familiar with online marketing of used vehicles.
