- Ensuring day-to-day vault transactions are completed with 100% accuracy
- Able to lift heavy load due to nature of the goods
- Generating daily/weekly/monthly reports for clients
- Ensuring all e-mails are replied promptly
- Handling inbound and outbound of cargo
- Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately
- Understanding the SOPs and strictly following company procedure
- Executing inventory and stock taking exercises
Skills and Qualifications
- Meticulous in handling transactions and during report preparation
- Team player. Ability to work in a team to handle daily duties
- Logistics / Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Fresh Diploma / Degree graduates may be accepted
