Summary:

We are looking for Veteran Claims Consultants to join our Intake (Inside Sales) Team in Pinehurst, NC. There are multiple positions open across 1 work schedule:

• Monday - Thursday 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

The Veteran Claims Consultant will support, process, and work directly with Veteran clients with supporting disability-specific strategy documents and processes. In addition, they provide assistance to Veteran clients, other team members, and functional group staff. The Intake Department is the gatekeeper to Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting. You will help Veterans find the right claim strategy & help them navigate the proper channels/departments.

Qualifications:

• Sales or Client Account Management experience required (3 Years)
• Understanding of how CRM systems work (SalesForce)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
• Above-average phone presence - passing score of internal test required
• Computer competency - passing score of internal testing required
• Must have average or above-average typing ability - passing score of internal testing required
• Veteran or Spouse of Veteran preference - to aid in creating commonalities with clients
• Strong understanding of company history, policies, and familiarity with the responsibilities of each company department
• Quick recall and understanding of the VA and Veterans Guardian VA Claim Consulting VA claims process
