What We’re Looking For:

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Video Editor. The ideal candidate will be extremely personable, a creative thinker, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for Video production and Advertising/Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

Right hand for the Editing Director and Editing Coordinator.

Assist with and maintain clean storage of RAW assets to help the workflow.

Produce editing guidelines and briefs for those you work with to ensure team success.

Participate in an Editing team meetings for productivity, creativity, goals, and growth!

Study and learn alongside highly experienced video ad editors.

Assist with creating variations and split test videos for maximizing services to clients.

Coordinate sourcing additional team members as needed.

Assist with creating templates and playbooks for making the team workflow and efficiency better.

Serve as a replacement for other editors when they are out in an emergency!

The Skills, Abilities & Knowledge we're looking for!

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record a MUST.

Reporting to the office is a must during work week hours.

Previous Marketing/Advertising experience highly preferred.

Basic Animation skills required:

Ability to work in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After effects, Final cut pro)

Basic knowledge of audio mastering.

General computer skills - Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, SmartSheet, Production software (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

Availability in traditional work hours as well as outside hours, including weekends when necessary.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Team player, “can do” attitude, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong people skills, and ability to engage on all levels of the organization and external contacts.

Ability to perform at a high level and prioritize in a very fast-paced agency environment.

Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints.

Talent for anticipating needs.

Maintain confidentiality over all matters and proprietary information.
