We are in an exciting period of new opportunities in Finance. We want to strengthen our pool of VIE and are seeking a VIE – Junior Financial Controller F/M who wants to work within our VINCI Construction subsidiaries based in the USA – HUBBARD Construction.

Scope: you will join the Shared Services Center based in Orlando and work with 2 entities: Hubbard Construction and Blythe Construction.

Your main missions are:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly closings

• Carrying out monthly reporting (backlog of orders, Plant Margin, analysis of net debt) to Corporate Finance teams.

• Ensuring compliance with the budget and accountability expenditures

• Preparing and establishing budget forecasts (budget and adjustments)

• Analyzing cost variation if necessary and ensure an alert role on any deviations and analyze the impacts

• Monitoring cash and forecast cash flow

• Monitoring and analyzing Environment KPI

• Implementing new internal controls processes to comply with Sapin II law

• Participating in ad-hoc missions within the finance department (Shared services)

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• A graduate of a business or engineering schools or university education in accounting/finance

• A first experience in Finance (including internship and/or apprenticeship), ideally acquired in the construction sector.

• Knowledge of accounting rules and sound best practice finance processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English.

• Proven organizational skills. Accuracy and attention to details

• Proven well developed interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated

• Analytical skills

• Well-developed time management skills.Proactive and challenging mindset. Comfortable sharing opinions and ideas

• Adaptable - able to adjust priorities as needed

• Microsoft Excel proficiency required. Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

• A previous international experience would be an asset.

• Driving license.

To enter the V.I.E Program, you have to be:

• A European citizen aged between 18 and 28 on the date of registration, whatever training level

• A graduate student, with a fluent level in English

• Have never done any V.I.E. in the past

• Do not have worked previously in the host country.
