• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Transportation
• Position Title: Warehouse Admin/ Warehouse Tally Clerk
• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, FIXED AM shift or PM shift
• Salary: Basic + OT + Attendance Incentive + AWS
• Salary Range: SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,500
• Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the loading, off-loading of goods from shipping containers and stacking of the goods in the receiving and dispatching area.
• Count goods and match them with shipping invoices and packing orders to ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Make appropriate remarks on the consignor’s documents and tally sheet when differences are observed between consigned and received quantities.
• Report on anomalies, spoilages, and damages.
• Undertake re-packing, reconstitution, and segregation of damaged goods
• Update all commodity receipts, issues, and disposal on the warehouse’s inventory system.
• Supervise cleaning exercise after loading & off-loading and reconstitution exercise when required
• Perform inventory checks.
• Monitor casual workers to avoid or reduce pilferage.
• Observe warehouse housekeeping & safety measures.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned
