Town & Country Supply Association is a member-owned agronomy, energy, and retail co-operative based in southeastern Montana. With roots dating back to 1930, Town & Country was incorporated in 1997, with the merging of the Laurel Co-op Association and the Co-op Service Center in Billings. Town & Country continued to grow with the addition of the Farmers Union Association of Big Horn County in 2009. Job Summary

We are looking for a hard-working Warehouse/ Agronomy Assistant to help us in our warehouse department as well as our agronomy department. You will be responsible for receiving, labeling, inventory control, picking, packing, loading customer's vehicles with product, unloading of deliveries and other duties as required. Job pays $18.50 per hour plus seasonal overtime hours.

A successful candidate will be hard-working, organized and detail-oriented. You should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory controls remain steady.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock
• Maintaining clear records of all inventory
• Inspecting all inventory for damages and keeping records of damages
• Organizing the warehouse space
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records
• Inventory control
• Maintain facility and equipment, keeping it clean and in safe working condition
• Provide outstanding customer service and support increase sales to customers
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and availability of product on hand for sale

Requirements

• Experience with inventory software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Experience in a warehouse setting
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
