About The Position

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a hard-working and motivated Workshop Assistant to take part in building autonomous tractors.

The work includes assisting the assembly technicians and logistics manager with various activities like creating subassemblies, organizing inventory, shipping and receiving, and organizing the workshop.

Dynamic work environment, requires working in a team, being open-minded, and having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Report to Logistics Manager. Salary for this position is $17-$99 per hr, DOE.

This position is based in Reedley, CA, and involves physical work.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

• Organizing and labeling items in the inventory
• Support with inventory counts
• Issuance of parts and subassemblies for the assembly technicians
• Support with receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
• Support from time to time in any other activities such as cleaning, purchasing, etc.
• Assist with building electrical and mechanical subassemblies- Highly preferred

Requirements



• High school diploma
• Authorized to work in the US
• Driving license and ability to a daily commute to the workplace
• Fluent English
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work physically for extended hours
• Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings
