• Tallying/Tracing of import and export cargoes
• Coordinating with various functions as required
• Transporting material in the warehouse / production floor
• Load and unload finish goods only at designated areas
• Assist in packing and sorting of items
• To keep the warehouse clean and tidy at all time
• Liaising with Haulier, customer and office personnel
• Perform inbound receipts / checking and other related activities
• Perform picking, packing and outbound activities for both local and export shipments
• Planning and coordinating of export cargo
• Responsible for tracking inventory levels.
• Handling and preparation of shipping/ receiving and tally sheet report.
• Keeping accurate records, tracks , traces and update the status of outgoing shipments
• Doing closing.
• Answering phone call and replying email
• Assist warehouse team in proper setup and smooth operations of the warehouse
• Data entry and other assignments.form other related warehousing duties or any ad-hoc job/task assigned by Superior
  

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• Non-working experience candidate are welcome to apply
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Preferably personnel specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Preferably able to read, write and understand English for better coordination
• Able to work under hot/pressure/stress environment
• Preferred knowledge of cargoes
• Preferred Candidate with PSA Forklift License
• Candidate posses meticulous,computer literacy and good communication skill
