The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away), outbound (pick/pack/release), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
- Check on the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing
- Place items into respective locations identify in WMS system
- Packing items according to SOP
- Ad-hoc tasks will be assigned based on warehouse needs
- Minimum Secondary School education or Nitec in Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 months of experience in warehouse/supply chain management is preferred
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Able to carry items up to 15kg
- Able to work on shift pattern, 5 days work week including weekends
- Good understanding of Logistics / e-commerce industry
- Experience in handling reach-truck, license for forklift will be a plus
